At The Azorta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
